After a long and detailed design and permitting process, construction has begun on our newest location at 197 Elder Road in Spokane Missouri.

The new location will boast a product showroom where customers can walk in and see some of the products OMO carries. Additionally, some over-the-counter retail sales will be available in store. The 4,800 square foot facility will include a training center as well as additional manufacturing and warehousing/shipping areas to augment our current locations.

If all goes as scheduled, initial construction should be complete by the end of the year with a Grand Opening in the first quarter of 2026. We look forward to having the additional space and an easier way for customers to visit us. Keep checking for the latest updates.

10/23/24 Update: The first story has exterior sheathing. The second story walls are being set today. Roof trusses are scheduled to be done next!

10/23/24 Update: Roof trusses are going up.

10/28/24 Update: The roof trusses are up! Roof decking and final sheathing next. Then we will be dried in and ready for the second story floor to be framed and decked. 

10/31/24 Update: Roof decking is going on and we will be dried in soon

11/14/24 Update: Metal is going on the exterior and interior first level wall framing has begun. Should be sealed up soon.

11/20/24 Update: Exterior metal and roof are almost complete. Looking great!

1/9/25 Update: The new location is dried in with beautiful door and windows. Next step is mechanicals and inspections. Looking great!

11/3/25 Update: After several delays the building is now in the final stages of completion with insulation complete and drywall scheduled to begin within a week it's looking like we may be in the new building late December early January.
