Return Policy
Individual Components, not part of kits or complete packages will have a 7 day return window to the original purchaser. ALL returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. These items include, inverters, solar panels, MPPT charge controllers, etc that were purchased by themselves from our website. Note, returning purchaser is responsible for any return shipping fees associated with returned item(s).
Unfortunately we cannot allow returns of complete solar kits / packages. If you have an issue with the order, contact us asap and we will help you resolve the issue.
To be eligible for a return on individual components, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, manuals and in its original packaging. Any returned item not in above condition may be subject to increased restocking fee or return denial. You should retain your original receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return you MUST obtain RMA please contact us at sales@ozarkmountainoffgrid.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you RMA instructions on returning your item(s). Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting and obtaining an RMA will not be accepted and may result in additional restocking fees or forfeiture of full purchase price and all associated fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon deliver and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Complete Solar Kits, Packages, Custom Orders and products (such as special orders or custom kits). Except where stated in other OMO warranty policies we also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Lithium or AGM batteries also cannot be returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
