Ozark Mountain Offgrid (OMO) is committed to the success of your off-grid power system. In support of this, we stand behind the quality and durability of our branded products with warranties that ensure you against defects in material and workmanship. Below are the terms and conditions of the warranties provided with our OMO private labeled product lines. Warranties for other products sold are handled by their respective manufacturers and can be found at the links below.

OMO Product Warranties

Here’s what our OMO product warranties include:

1. Lifetime Tech Support & Customer Service: We’re committed to providing Free Lifetime Technical Support & Troubleshooting Service for all OMO labeled products. Whenever you need assistance or guidance, you can easily reach us at +1 (417) 815-9005 between 9am and 5pm CST, Monday to Friday, or send an email to: support@ozarkmountainoffgrid.com
2. Automatic Warranty Registration: You don’t need to separately register your warranty. We automatically record warranties using the serial number and QR code.
3. Domestic Warranty Claim Assistance: To initiate a warranty claim, simply create a support ticket by emailing us at support@ozarkmountainoffgrid.com. Our Tech Support team will respond within 48 hours. 
4. Misuse Disclaimer: This warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper charging/installation of our product.
5. Fraud Protection: We can proceed with repair, replacement, and refunds only after inspecting your returned product at our facility.
6. Non-Transferable: This Warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
7. Limitation of Damages: OMO is not accountable for consequential damages due to a breach of this Warranty.
8. Warranty Procurement: OMO has had their private labeled solar components manufactured in such a manner as to make many of the individual parts within their products removable and swappable in the event of malfunction or failure. For warranty claims within the periods described below, OMO agrees to pay for shipping back to our facility and then back to Customer (Continental US ONLY) less damage liability claims. After the initial period outlined below it is the responsibility of the Customer to pay for shipping and damage charges for warranty claims if applicable.
9. Warranty Periods:

• OMO Freedom Series, STACK and Patriot Batteries 10 Year Free Repair & Replacement (prorated). Our OMO Freedom Series, STACK and Patriot batteries are engineered to last. We proudly back this up with our warranty. In the unlikely event of any component failure or manufacturing defect within the first 10 years, we will repair or replace your battery free of charge. For the first year, we even cover all shipping costs to and from your purchase address within the Continental US. After the first year, you can choose to cover all shipping expenses and arrange for the return of your product*.
• OMO STACK Inverters/Controllers 5 Year Free Repair & Replacement. Our OMO STACK Inverter/Controllers are engineered to last. We proudly back this up with our warranty. In the unlikely event of any component failure or manufacturing defect within the first 5 years, we will repair or replace it free of charge. For the first year, we even cover all shipping costs to and from your purchase address within the Continental US. After the first year, you can choose to cover all shipping expenses and arrange for the return of your product*.
• OMO E-Line Batteries 5 Year Free Repair & Replacement (prorated). Our OMO E-Line Batteries are engineered to last. We proudly back this up with our warranty. In the unlikely event of any component failure or manufacturing defect within the first 5 years, we will repair or replace it free of charge. For the first 90 days, we even cover all shipping costs to and from your purchase address within the Continental US. After the first 90 days, you can choose to cover all shipping expenses and arrange for the return of your product*.
• OMO E-Line Inverters/Controllers 1 Year Free Repair & Replacement. Our OMO E-Line Inverter/Controllers are engineered to last. We proudly back this up with our warranty. In the unlikely event of any component failure or manufacturing defect within the first year, we will repair or replace it free of charge. For the first 90 days, we even cover all shipping costs to and from your purchase address within the Continental US. After the first 90 days, you can choose to cover all shipping expenses and arrange for the return of your product*.
• All Other OMO Labeled Products are warranted for 6 months. In the unlikely event of any component failure or manufacturing defect within the 6 months, we will repair or replace it free of charge. For the first 60 days, we even cover all shipping costs to and from your purchase address within the Continental US. After the first 60 days, you can choose to cover all shipping expenses and arrange for the return of your product*.

* Please note that certain battery returns may incur extra fees due to shipping regulations governing lithium batteries and/or size and weight restrictions. For the time periods described above, we cover expenses related to repairing defective parts and returning within the Continental United States. However, the customer bears all shipping costs for products owned for over the stated time periods from date of purchase, for said product and for international and non-CONUS warranty claims. Additionally, we do not cover disconnection, service interruption, or re-packing expenses for return shipments.

Battery Warranty Details: While Ozark Mountain Offgrid provides a comprehensive battery warranty for 10 years (Freedom Series, STACK & Patriot) and 5 years (E-Line) from the date of purchase. Our batteries are designed to function for a MINIMUM Service Life of this time without maintenance. However, some models may remain effective up to 20 years, depending on usage and environmental factors.

If properly installed, we guarantee that OMO batteries will retain a reasonable capacity throughout their stated warranty service life. Customers can return a battery for capacity testing, and if the claim is valid, it qualifies for prorated warranty resolution. Customers are not responsible for testing costs. If outside the initial free shipping periods stated, Customer will be responsible for shipping and related fees both ways.

Under our stated warranties, we’re committed to repairing or replacing any defective component. Repairs must be performed by an authorized OMO technician or service facility, as directed by OMO. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications to any of our products voids all warranties and claims.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• The costs associated with on-site service calls from third parties. Removal, installation, re-installation, or shipping (except as described elsewhere in warranty).
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
• Product usage beyond specification or undersized for the intended application.
• Environmental damage unless explicitly indicated for outdoor use.
• Claims of diminished capacity below specified limits.
• Repairs performed by unauthorized technicians.
• Batteries not charged over a six-month period.
• Unauthorized modifications.

Warranty Repair/Replacement Services: Contact OMO Tech Support to confirm issues support@ozarkmountainoffgrid.com and determine the appropriate solution. For returns, pack the product securely according to our guidelines we will confirm warranty claim and provide RMA to be included with returned item(s).

End-of-Battery-Life Policy: We encourage customers to follow all local procedures for proper disposal of lithium batteries which have reached end-of-life. Improper disposal can present a hazard to life or property.
