Shipping policy

Flat Rate shipping for NON-Freight items will be set at $17.99 for anywhere in the lower 48 States within the USA.  Alaska and HI will not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping, please contact us for a quote to these areas.

Freight Shipping is calculated directly on our website via the cart products within the lower 48 States within the USA.  Alaska and HI will not qualify for Freight Shipping via the website, please contact us for a quote to these areas.

When possible, OMO will deliver Solar Kits and or packages for whole home systems within the lower 48 states via our own internal freight department.  We do this to ensure our packages arrive to your location quicker and un-damaged from truck lines.  In some situations / delivery locations additional equipment (fork lift, etc) and unloading assistance may be necessary. Truck freight usually only includes roadside tail gate service. Additional fees may apply if lift gate service is desired. Please discuss your unique delivery situation / location with our off grid specialists prior to placing order so we can arrange a carrier that can meet your needs.
