Ozark Mountain Offgrid is committed to your off-grid solar system success. From consultation and system design to planning, permitting, installation, and use we’ve got you covered every step of the way. To make the process easier, we offer specialized Permitting Plan Packages for our Complete DIY Solar Systems and Boat Dock Kits, ensuring your off-grid solar installation meets all AHJ requirements smoothly.

Many AHJs (Authority Having Jurisdiction) require approved plans before a solar system installation can begin at a home or business. To meet these requirements, our permitting plan packages are available with or without professional engineer seals, structural and electrical, for your state.
If you order plans without a seal and later find out it’s required, you can easily upgrade. Any of our packages can be resubmitted and sealed at a later date for a simple add-on fee.
In alignment with industry best practices and state regulations, each permit plan set includes:
- Cover Sheet
- General Notes Sheet
- Site Plan Sheet
- Project Plan Sheet
- Racking Details
- Solar Electrical Diagram Sheet
- Placards Sheet
- Solar Structural Sheet
- Solar Equipment Data Sheets
- And if Included in Your Chosen Package, Electrical and Structural Engineer Stamping for Your State
If included in your chosen package, your plans will also feature an electrical and structural engineer stamping specific to your state.

We offer several plan package options to meet the needs of your specific situation, system and AHJ. Plan packages are AHJ-ready in as little as 4 business days after we receive your site-specific information. Simply purchase, upload your project details, and answer a few quick questions (see below) and a plan set will be designed to your specifications for a smooth off-grid solar installation.
